The Project Delivery Kit ( PDF 288 kB) assists approved applicants under Sport and Recreation Services funding programs to deliver their approved project. The Kit is divided into sections which align with a project’s progression through each stage of delivery, from approval to project acquittal.

Elite Facility Profile Form
The information requested on the Elite Facility Profile Form will be used to update your organisation's details on the Department of Communities Elite Training Facilities Directory.  This directory is a website service, which allows the public to identify sporting facilities in Queensland that are suitable to their elite training requirements.
